Are you a restaurant manager, hospitality ops manager or former owner-operator ready to move into sales? Tradeflow is hiring in Cape Town and Gauteng.

About us
Tradeflow helps restaurants, hotels and bars order from suppliers, receive deliveries and capture supplier invoices digitally, without replacing their POS. Suppliers use our portal to receive orders and get paid. Over R50 million in supplier orders has moved through the platform.

The role
You'll travel to restaurants, hotels, bars and supplier offices across your region to meet owners, GMs, ops managers and supplier decision makers. After a few days of training, you'll run free trials, close 12-month software agreements with single sites on your own, sign supplier partnerships, and get new sites live on invoice capture, ordering and the supplier portal.

What you'll do

Book and run meetings with venue owners, GMs, ops and F&B managers
Demo the platform, run trials for independent restaurants, and close 12-month software-as-a-service agreements
Sign supplier partnership agreements and onboard suppliers to our portal
Set up new sites and support them until every supplier and product is integrated
Look after your accounts: check-ins, staff training, quick issue resolution
Log every call, visit and next step in the CRM daily; report weekly

What you need

Hospitality management experience: restaurant manager, GM, group ops manager or owner-operator
Demonstrable Experience with GAAP Point of Sale, Pilot POS or Oracle MICROS / Simphony (strong advantage)
Valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
Your own laptop and smartphone with data
Very comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
Disciplined with a CRM and with process: you log your activity every day
Confident with decision makers; you can ask for the signature and discuss pricing structures.

What we offer

From R10,000 base per month
Uncapped commission: your first full month's fee for every site you sign, paid once it's been live for 60 days
On-target earnings up to R35,000 a month at 15 sites; up to R61,000 at 30
A bonus for onboarding hospitality groups of more than 10 sites, for the right candidate and
All work-related expenses are covered: per-km reimbursement at the SARS rate, plus cellphone and data allowance
Full-time: 6-month fixed-term probationary contract, then a 12-month renewal subject to a performance review
Full platform training and a direct line to the founder
An early seat at a fast-growing, 100% South African based , global hospitality-tech business
