Noah Restaurant, part of Charles Hope Hotels, is a vibrant and welcoming venue in the heart of Cape Town CBD. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a warm, memorable experience for both hotel guests and the public.
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hostess to join our team across both morning and evening shifts. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience through excellent service and organisation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently
• Handle reservations via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate seating to ensure smooth service flow
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Handle guest enquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain a clean and organised reception/host stand area
• Ensure every guest receives an experience that exceeds expectations
• Proactively encourage guest feedback and reviews to support the restaurant’s reputation

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Previous experience in a hostess or front-of-house role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp)
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Friendly, professional, and confident manner
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
• Well-presented with a positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
