Salary: R30,000 – R35,000 per month (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the food and beverage operations of a well-established hotel in the beautiful Mouille Point, Cape Town.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
• Lead, mentor and develop the front-of-house and food & beverage teams.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain the highest hospitality standards.
• Manage staffing, rosters, training and performance management.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control.
• Manage budgets, cost control and departmental profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Drive revenue through service excellence, promotions and upselling initiatives.
• Maintain quality assurance and operational standards across all outlets.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant, bar and banqueting operations.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Hospitality qualification will be advantageous.
