Hotel Front Office Reception

Responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries Handle room reservations and cancellations Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain the reception area clean and organized Keep records updated using hotel management software Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and telephone handling skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Professional appearance and positive attitude Good problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Working Conditions Standing for extended periods Shift-based work, including nights and weekends Fast-paced hotel environment
