We’re Hiring: Hotel IT Support Technician – Cape Town

Please note: Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town will be considered

Are you an experienced IT technician who enjoys working hands-on with IT systems? In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day IT support at a leading hotel in Cape Town.

Your responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot IT issues for hotel team and guests
Supporting PBX, CCTV, IPTV, audio-visual & video conferencing systems
Installing, configuring, and supporting hardware, software and network components
Performing routine system checks and basic repairs

What we’re looking for:

3 - 5 years of IT support experience (hospitality experience a plus)
Practical experience with servers, desktops & networking in a support environment
Familiarity with PBX, CCTV, IPTV, audio-visual and video conferencing
Hands-on troubleshooting and excellent customer service skills
A proactive, customer- and guest-focused mindset
Relevant IT Diploma / Certifications (CompTIA, MCSE, networking fundamentals or similar)
Own and reliable transport

This role involves shift work (with alternating weekends off) and requires someone dependable, adaptable, and committed to high-quality IT support
