SUMMARY: Our Client is looking for a Housekeeper to join their team

POSITION INFO: Location: Stellenbosch Main Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of hotel rooms and guest communal areas. Perform turndown and general housekeeping services to ensure a seamless guest experience. Exceed guest expectations from arrival to departure across all areas of their stay. Ensure all guest special requests and requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled by relevant departments. Deliver consistently high standards of service at all times. Use creative thinking to enhance the overall guest experience. Adhere to and maintain health and safety standards at all times. Experience and Skills Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and housekeeping methods. Strong time management and punctuality. Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). High attention to detail. Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient under pressure. Impeccable grooming standards. Strong personal and professional integrity. Qualifications and Requirements Matric Certificate or equivalent advantageous. Good communication skills in English. High level of physical endurance. Ability to work shifts, including night shifts
