Housekeeper Supervisor

· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Housekeepers.

· Allocate duties and ensure adequate staffing and coverage.

· Monitor cleaning standards and ensure all areas meet required hygiene standards.

· Conduct regular inspections and follow up on identified deficiencies.

· Ensure that cleaning procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.

· Train, coach and support Housekeepers to improve performance.

· Monitor attendance, punctuality, uniform compliance and general conduct.

· Address performance and operational issues promptly and escalate where necessary.

· Maintain accurate daily checklists, inspection records and other housekeeping documentation.

· Liaise professionally with hospital staff and management regarding housekeeping services.

· Ensure that cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly and responsibly.

· Promote good housekeeping practices, infection prevention and occupational health and safety.

· Participate in staff meetings, training and performance management processes.

· Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional relationship with the client.

Pay: R5 043,93 - R8 500,00 per month
