Job Purpose

We are seeking a professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Executive Office Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of our high-profile Executive Head Office in Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that executive offices, boardrooms, reception areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards at all times.

• Clean and maintain executive offices, workstations, boardrooms, meeting rooms, and reception areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchenettes, and common areas.
• Ensure executive offices are presented in a neat, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and refreshments as required.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately.
• Clean glass surfaces, windows, doors, and partitions.
• Prepare boardrooms before meetings and ensure they remain presentable throughout the day.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns.
• Adhere to company hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain confidentiality when working within executive offices and areas containing sensitive information.
• Provide support with ad hoc cleaning requirements for executive events and meetings.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Relevant cleaning or housekeeping training will be advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years professional cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Experience within a corporate head office, executive office, hotel, lodge, guest house, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven experience maintaining high standards of cleanliness in professional environments.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene practices.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements.
