Are you passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experience? Onomo Foreshore is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic Housekeeping team. If you have 2 to 5 years of experience as a housekeeping supervisor in the hotel industry, are well-organized, deadline driven, and take pride in high service standards , we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervising the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence
- Supports the Executive Housekeeper and coordinates all activities of the housekeeping staff.
- Oversee staff on daily operations Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock and represents the Housekeeper by the quality of service provided and by exemplary behaviour.
- Compile departmental budgets with clear understanding of operational finances
- Contributes to the smooth running of the guest’s stay
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 to 5 years of experience within the hotel industry in a supervisory housekeeping role.
- Proficient in IT Packages such as Opera and Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, systematic and well organizedStrong communication skills
