About the Role
This is a high-impact position in a fast-paced environment where you'll take full ownership of internal recruitment and day-to-day HR administration, while providing smooth, reliable communication between employees and management. Discretion is imperative, as you'll handle sensitive employee information with absolute confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Administration: Manage all internal recruitment activities through our HR platform, BambooHR, and job portals including Indeed, Pnet, and LinkedIn - from posting roles to tracking candidates through every stage.
- Candidate Screening: Filter and shortlist candidates for various internal roles with a sharp eye for fit and potential.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and liaise closely with department managers to keep the process moving without a hitch.
- Leave Management: Oversee and manage employee leave records (annual, sick, and more), keeping balances accurate and managers informed.
- Contract Administration: Ensure all new and existing employees have accurate, signed employment contracts on file - no gaps, no chasing.
- HR Support: Assist with general HR administration and act as a trusted point of contact for employee-employer coordination.
- Data and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, supporting the wider HR team with reporting as needed.

What We're Looking For - Non-Negotiables
- 2-3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment administration - you know the landscape and are ready to hit the ground running.
- Strong working knowledge of BambooHR or a similar HR system.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills - you write clearly and speak with confidence.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Laser-sharp attention to detail - accuracy matters, especially with contracts and leave records.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and approachable personality that builds trust easily.
- Absolute discretion - confidentiality is second nature to you.
