WE’RE HIRING: HR ADMINISTRATOR - M-scents

Location: Overport, Durban (must reside in Durban)

Job Type: Full-time

Availability: Immediate

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR? Join our growing team and help keep our HR operations running smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide daily HR administrative support

* Maintain employee records & HR databases

* Prepare HR documents(contracts, letters, reports)

* Assist with payroll & leave management

* Ensure compliance with labour laws & company policies

* Handle employee queries & general HR support

Requirements:

* 0–1years’ experience in HR admin

* HR qualification (Diploma/Degree)

* Strong knowledge of labour legislation

* Excellent communication & organizational skills

* Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)

* Ability to handle confidential information
