Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and helping new hires adjust to the workplace.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions or concerns.
- Resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing performance review processes and feedback mechanisms.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and identifying development opportunities for employees.
- Ensure compliance with performance management timelines.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate and support training programs for employees to enhance their skills.
- Help identify opportunities for continuous employee development and career growth.
- Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with labour law requirements.
- Review and update company policies and procedures as necessary.
- HR Systems and Reporting:
- Manage HR software systems for maintaining employee data and generating reports.
- Track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee engagement
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric is compulsory.
HR admin experience.
Minimum 2 years working experience.
Experience on Jarrison Time and Attendance software would be advantageous.
Skills required
Excellent Communication skills
Computer Literate with Excel and Micro Soft Word
Excellent Time Management
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multi task
Pay: R6 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
