Job description
Preference will be given to equity candidates:

Job purpose: Handles the daily record-updating and documentation of the human resources department and is the primary contact person for any HR-related queries.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:* Assist with recruitment procedures and advertising of vacant positions internally and externally.
- Accurately capture and process documents on Sage 300 people.
- Compile and consolidate documents for terminated, new and staff movement.
- Promptly update monthly reports.
- Assist with preparing evidence bundle for disciplinary enquiries and CCMA.
- Provide HR support to line managers and employees with HR related queries.
- Perform ad hoc HR duties as and when required.
Competency and qualification requirements:* Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF 5)
- Grade 12
- 2 years’ experience as a Human Resource Administrator
- Sage 300 people - 2 years’ experience
- Excel - Intermediate
