HR and Talent Solutions Consultant
6-month fixed-term contract | Cape Town.
Skyy Aviation Academy is seeking a capable and proactive HR and Talent Solutions Manager to join our Cape Town team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid HR generalist skills and practical experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, especially in short-term temporary roles. Key responsibilities include day-to-day HR management, payroll, employee records, contracts, and basic ER processes, alongside talent sourcing, screening, and coordination of recruitment activities.
Ideally, 3 years of practical experience in HR and/or recruitment, with experience in temporary or short-term staffing.
Fixed term,6 months. Potential for further development subject to performance and business requirements. We want Someone who's organised, confident dealing with people and external stakeholders, and able to work independently. If you're practical, energetic, commercially aware and ready to help execute solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
