HR Assistant

Omnicar Holdings requires the services of a suitably experienced bilingual person to fill the above position at our head office in Paarl, for a period of six months.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience / skills, and be able to do the following:

• Recently employed in an HR role
• have at least two years' experience in an HR role
• Thorough knowledge of Sage VIP
• have a working knowledge of the Motor Industries’ Bargaining Council rules and monthly returns
• have a working knowledge of employment equity requirements and annual returns
• have a working knowledge of SETA requirements and annual returns
• Perform salaries and wages functions
• Keep personnel records
• Statutory returns
• Monthly reconciliations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate
