QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Grade 12 (Matric). Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Minimum of 5 years' HR experience in a mid to senior level operational HR role. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
