This highly acclaimed Hotel prides itself on being a respected & progressive employer brand, celebrated for our investment in employee wellness, the broader community & the environment.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will be responsible for developing and implementing staffing strategies that align with the hotel’s operational goals. The role focuses on workforce planning, recruitment, employee retention, and wellbeing initiatives that support the hotel’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities Of This Role Will Include

  • End-to-end management of all talent acquisition activities to attract the best industry talent and ensure staff have memorable experiences whilst working at the hotel.
  • Oversee and manage the hotel’s wellness calendar and initiatives, ensuring regular, meaningful activities that promote employee wellbeing throughout the year.
  • Responsible for the rollout and continuous improvement of the Induction Programme.
  • Manage the annual performance management process
  • Partner with operational managers to provide HR support and development.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (Diploma or Degree).
  • 3–5 years of HRBP experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in workforce planning and employee engagement.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAGE 300 People (preferred).
