Strategic HR Leader, Sri Lanka | SAP, Enterprise Apps | based in Colombo

Designing, implementing, and supporting various HR programs and interventions

Unifying the Practice/Service Line HR charter to deliver a consistent yet differentiated employee experience.

Crafting and delivering a compelling talent value proposition that positions the practice for accelerated growth.

Engaging directly with delivery, sales teams and their clients, bringing a business-first mindset to HR strategy.
