We’re looking for an experience HR Business Partner to join us in Randburg, Johannesburg.
Your Role You Will Partner With The Head Of HR And Business Leaders To Deliver The People Strategy And Build High-performing, Future-ready Teams. You Will
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Heads of Department, understanding their business and people needs.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, talent pipelines and probation.
- Drive performance management, including the annual PDR cycle, quarterly check-ins, performance calibration, feedback and performance-improvement plans.
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning, identifying critical roles, high-potential talent, capability gaps and development needs.
- Plan and coordinate development initiatives, including leadership development, coaching, mentoring and emerging-talent programmes.
- Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, collaboration and accountability through surveys, feedback sessions and targeted interventions.
- Support organisational development and change initiatives, including role clarification, team effectiveness and change readiness.
- Ensure sound HR governance, including HR reporting, people analytics, compliance with labour legislation, Employment Equity, B-BBEE and POPIA.
- Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, incapacity and absenteeism matters, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Lead or support HR projects aligned with the people strategy and organisational priorities.
Your Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- At least 5 years relevant HR experience, including 3+ years as a HR Business Partner, talent or organizational development role.
- Strong HR business partnering skills, with the ability to advise and constructively challenge managers.
- Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation (EE, B-BBEE, POPIA)
- Proven experience in: End-to-end recruitment, performance management & selection planning, leadership development & employee engagement and Employment Equity, W&RSETA reporting and B-BBEE compliance.

- Exposure to a multinational, technical or professional environment.
- Experience with HR Systems.
