The Role
HR Generalist & Payroll Administrator
Kyalami, Midrand | R45 000 per month | Start Date: 1 August
Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys building processes from the ground up?
An established, privately owned company with approximately 45 employees is looking to appoint its first full-time HR Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and manage the HR function while partnering closely with management.
Experience within a similar technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial or project-based environment will be advantageous.

- Establish and manage the company's HR function
- Handle the full employee lifecycle
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Performance management
- Employee relations and disciplinary processes
- HR policies and compliance
- Training and skills development
- Payroll administration
- HR reporting and record keeping
- Provide day-to-day HR support to management and employees
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant HR qualification (essential)
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Payroll administration experience
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Ability to work independently and build HR processes from scratch
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
