  • Excellent organisational, recordkeeping and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Professional, approachable and confident dealing with employees and managers.
  • Organised and able to manage competing HR priorities.
  • Strong in administration but also comfortable handling practical HR and employee-relations matters.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Fair and objective when dealing with employee matters.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Comfortable following matters through to completion.
  • Resilient and professional when dealing with conflict or sensitive workplace situations.

If you are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist position in Durban where you can take ownership, develop your HR experience and make a meaningful contribution to a growing business, we would like to hear from you.
