We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Graduate to join our team based in Cape Town, Tokai. This position plays an important supporting role across a wide variety of Human Resources functions such as; recruitment, labour relations, remuneration, payroll, HR systems, onboarding and offboarding, organisational development, talent management, training and general administration. This is a permanent position.

You’re perfect for this position if you:

• Are a recent graduate with an HR-related degree, a postgraduate degree will be advantageous.
• Have an interest in the property industry.
• Are open minded and eager to learn.
• Are ambitious and self-motivated.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Are comfortable and able working with sensitive and confidential information.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people across different departments.
• Are competent using the MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Teams.
• Reside within the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town or within a 20-minute commute thereof.
• Have a valid driver’s license with your own reliable vehicle.
