Our international expansions are focused in the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and motivated HR Manager to join our team based in Cape Town, Tokai.
The HR Manager will be required to collaborate with leaders across the business in order to deliver the following services:
Recruitment and Talent Management
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (advertising, screening, interviewing)
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
- Support talent development and succession planning initiatives
Industrial Relations
- Assist in handling disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Liase with external advisors regarding complex labour law matters
- Represent the company at CCMA and Bargaining Council matters
Payroll
- Review and authorise all monthly payroll inputs and changes
- Review monthly reconciliations and variance analysis
- In collaboration with the Financial Director, ensure payroll compliance and accuracy
- In collaboration with the Financial Director, facilitate annual salary reviews and increases
Employee Well Being
- Serve as a liason between employees and external medical aid, medical insurance and life cover brokers
- Advise employees on available health and wellbeing benefits through Discovery Medical Aid, Momentum Medical Insurance and Momentum Life Cover products
- Oversee annual wellness initiatives
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives that supports learning and growth
- Submit skills development reports (WSP/ATR) where applicable
Employment Contracts
- Draft, review and/or authorise employment contracts and contract addendums
General HR Administration
- Oversee general HR related administration (digital and paper based)
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a closely related field
- A minimum of 5 years relevant Human Resources experiences in a managerial capacity
- Must be comfortable interacting with executives and senior managers on a daily basis
- SAGE300 payroll experience is mandatory
- Prior experience with Indeed and LinkedIn recruitment platforms is preferable
- This role is based onsite at the Head Office in Tokai, Cape Town. Candidates must be comfortable working in office and must be able to easily commute to Tokai on a daily basis.
Pay: R17 095,48 - R56 000,33 per month
