HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with people, supporting leaders and making a meaningful impact within a fast-paced business environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and manage the company’s HR function and processes.
• Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR matters and employee relations.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment practices are consistently applied.
• Promote a positive, professional and high-performing workplace culture.
• Assist with training, staff development and leadership initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation and company policies.
• Provide HR guidance and support to management on people-related matters.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and contribute to developing our people.

You should have:

• Relevant HR qualification and experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and South African labour legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• The confidence to engage with employees and management at all levels.

A Role With Regional Exposure

This position is based in South Africa and will require occasional travel to our Maseru office in Lesotho. The successful candidate should therefore be comfortable with travelling from time to time as part of supporting our regional operations.
