Job description
Vacancy: HR Officer
The HR Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day human resources support, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and HR reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
- Provide general HR administrative support to management and employees.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' HR experience.
- Knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
