HR Officer

Vacancy: HR Officer

The HR Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day human resources support, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and compliance with labour legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and HR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
• Provide general HR administrative support to management and employees.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' HR experience.
• Knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
