VACANCY
HR OFFICER
KZN VIP GROUP
KZN VIP Group is looking for a dedicated and organised HR Officer to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Facilitation of full function recruitment, disciplinaries and terminations
✓ Labour law representation
✓ Performance management
✓ Case management and investigations
✓ Management support
✓ HR reporting
✓ Management of all HR documentation
✓ Training and development
✓ Employee relations
✓ Maintain and update employee records and HR files
✓ Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
✓ Assist with leave, attendance and employee records
✓ Support payroll administration and provide accurate information to the payroll team
✓ Ensure HR records and processes are maintained accurately and confidentially
REQUIREMENTS
✓ Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
✓ HR qualification or relevant HR-related certification will be advantageous.
✓ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
✓ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✓ Knowledge of South African labour legislation will be advantageous.
✓ Previous experience in the security industry will be advantageous.
