HR Officer

Senwes is looking for an HR Officer to provide comprehensive Human Resources support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and learning coordination. This role partners with business leaders and employees to deliver professional HR services, support organisational culture initiatives, and ensure compliance with HR policies and legislative requirements while contributing to an engaged and high-performing workforce.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruitment, acquisition and selection.
• Employee appointment and onboarding.
• Employee relations and general HR support.
• Performance management support.
• Training coordination and administration.
• HR administration and compliance.

Qualifications and experience: Minimum of 1 year's HR experience. Experience in recruitment and general HR support will be beneficial. Valid driver's licence will be advantageous. Willingness to travel when required.

Skills: Recruitment, selection and talent acquisition. Employee relations and performance management. HR administration and HR information systems. Training coordination and employee onboarding. Knowledge of labour legislation and HR compliance. Communication, stakeholder management, planning and problem solving.
