recommending and instituting improvements.

Minimum Qualifications And Requirements

• Grade 12/NQF4 equivalent is essential
• HR/IT/Finance/Data Science Diploma/Degree is essential
• HR/IT/Finance/Data Science Honours Degree is desirable
• Minimum 3-4 years' IT/ HR/Finance experience is essential

• Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of SAP System
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of SACO functionality

Key Performance Areas

• Maintain reports utilizing a variety of tools and standards to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborates with colleagues to identify and recommend improvements and enhancements to meet changing needs.
• Assists HR staff with technical issues related to HR systems by investigating problems.
• Ensures the correct capturing of records by providing training to HR Users on system processes and procedures and also training on HR systems for managers and supervisors as and when required (i.e. exit interviews, disciplinary actions, hearing counselling).
• Maintains cyclical, ad-hoc and senior management reporting through data extraction across HR systems.
• Provides trends and forecasts for numerous HR functions i.e. labour availability and staffing.
• Compiles daily, weekly and monthly HR Reports in order to assist with ensuring legal compliance (i.e. ensuring that employees have valid red tickets, training plotters, first aid and legally required qualifications) and also assists management make informed decisions i.e. absenteeism, leave (including sick leave) and training.
• Provides administrative support pertaining various HR related functions.
