Job description

Minimum Requirements:

Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in recruitment and selection.
Demonstrated experience managing executive recruitment assignments.
Experience within the public sector, state-owned entities or large private organisations.
Current professional registration with SABPP or another recognised South African HR professional body.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment project.
Manage recruitment consultants and administrators.
Oversee screening, shortlisting and interview processes.
Liaise with the client.
Ensure quality assurance throughout the recruitment process.
Review recruitment reports before submission.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
