Job description
Job Title: Recruiter
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
- Assist with onboarding and other recruitment-related administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment or HR experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Computer literate and comfortable using recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies
Pay: R6 800,00 - R18 000,00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Johannesburg, Gauteng
