HR & Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support the HR Manager across recruitment, HR administration, employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys recruitment, is highly organised, follows through on tasks and is comfortable working in a busy HR environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in keeping recruitment and day-to-day HR processes running efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process
• Advertising vacancies and screening applications
• Conducting initial candidate screening
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Liaising with candidates and hiring managers
• Managing candidate records and recruitment stages
• Assisting with reference and background checks
• Preparing offers, contracts and recruitment documentation
• Coordinating onboarding and new starter documentation
• Maintaining employee records and personnel documentation
• Assisting with leave, attendance and general HR administration
• Preparing HR letters, forms, reports and trackers
• Following up with managers and employees on outstanding HR requirements
• Maintaining accurate information on HR systems
• Assisting the HR Manager with HR projects and day-to-day HR requirements

HR Systems

Experience with Zoho Recruit and Zoho People would be highly advantageous. Candidates with strong experience using other ATS or HRIS platforms will also be considered.

The role will involve maintaining recruitment workflows, candidate information, employee records, onboarding information, leave and other HR-related data.

Minimum requirements:

• Approximately 2–4 years' practical HR and/or recruitment experience
• Hands-on recruitment experience
• Strong HR administration experience
• Experience working with an ATS and/or HRIS
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up's

You should be confident and comfortable working with people, particularly new employees. We are looking for someone who can make new starters feel welcome and at ease while still ensuring that all required HR processes and documentation are completed professionally.

You should be approachable, able to read different personalities and communicate appropriately with people at all levels. Strong interpersonal skills are just as important as strong administration skills in this role.

You will suit this position if you are organised, dependable, proactive and someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done. You must be able to maintain confidentiality, follow through on commitments and take ownership of your responsibilities while working closely with the HR Manager.
