• Coordinate training programs: Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and logistics.

• Support internship management: Help in screening, onboarding, and monitoring interns, maintaining records and progress reports.

• Facilitate induction activities: Organize induction sessions for new hires, prepare materials, and ensure a welcoming experience.

• Maintain documentation: Update training calendars, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and internship/induction records.

---

• Assist in content preparation: Develop training handouts, induction kits, and internship guidelines in collaboration with HR.

---

• Monitor program effectiveness: Collect participant feedback, track outcomes, and prepare summary reports for continuous improvement.

• Provide payroll and administrative support: Handle communication with trainers, interns, and new employees, ensuring timely updates and clarity.

• Learn HR development practices: Gain exposure to training design, talent development, and onboarding processes as part of

• professional growth.

• YMA Rules and Standards of Sales Activities

• Any other YMA compliance guideline documentation that governs specific sales activities.

• Abide by the company’s QHSE policies by ensuring the following:

• Must execute work in such a way so as to not endanger himself/herself or others.
• Must inform himself/herself about Health and Safety instructions and procedures and participate in organized training.
• Must take care of optimal working conditions by using equipment in the correct manner and in accordance with instructions.
• Must alert noticed dangers to the managerial staff.
