Eduvos is looking to appoint a HR Administrator on a Fixed-Term basis. The successfull candidate will be based at our Eduvos Parc du Cap offices in Cape Town (Tyger Valley).

The Position:
To provide an administrative service to the HR function, with a primary focus on supporting HR Operations
Minimum Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (BCom, HR, Administration, etc)
- At least 2 - 3 years experience as a HR Administrator
- SAGE system adminstrator experience will be advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As the HR Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Service HR Support Mailbox requests and resolve HR related queries.
- Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions on HR Systems, including but not limited to onboarding, contract amendments, reporting line changes, position creation, and terminations.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems through regular audits, reconciliations, and data clean-up activities.
- Manage employee leave administration, including leave reconciliations, leave plan updates, and exit leave calculations.
- Provide payroll administration support by investigating and escalating payroll-related queries and ensuring alignment between HR and payroll data.
- Prepare and issue employment-related documentation, including confirmation of employment letters.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT and Payroll, to support onboarding, employee data management, and case resolution activities.

- Proven MS Office skills
- Knowledge of HR functions/processes will be advantageous
- Basic knowledge of HR systems will be advantageous
