WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Human Resources Business Partner based is the primary HR advisor and first point of contact for site leadership and employees. The role provides strategic and operational HR support to enable the achievement of business objectives through talent management, performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning. The Human Resources Business Partner works closely with specialist HR teams to deliver effective people solutions while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate these into effective people strategies.
- Provide strategic HR consultation on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, succession management and change management.
- Coach and support leaders on people management, organisational effectiveness and leadership capability.
- Drive implementation of HR Strategies, programmes and initiatives aligned to business objectives.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
- Support managers in resolving disciplinary, grievance, incapacity and conflict matters.
- Facilitate performance management, talent reviews and succession planning processes.
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
- Identify people-related risks and recommend proactive solutions.
Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & People Development
- Colloborate with the Recrutiment Manager to ensure timely and effective filling of vacancies.
- Support onboarding and integrations of new employee to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Partner with People Development to identify skill gaps and support employee development initiatives.
HR Operations & Workforce Administration
- Support workforce planning and headcount management.
- Maintain organisational structures and job descriptions.
- Ensure employee information is accurately maintained within HR information systems.
- Prepare and administer employment documentations, including contracts, promotions, transfers and terminations.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all legislation, HR policies.
- Support internal and external audits by maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
People Analytics & Workforce Insights
- Analyse workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendation.
- Produce HR reports and dashboards that support business decision-making.
- Monitor workforce trends, including turnover, absenteeism ,vacancies and organisational capability.
HR Projects

Collaborate with People Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Wellness to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Support the implementation of new HR systems, processes and organisational change initiatives. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Organisational Psychology or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.

Experience within a Manufacturing/FMCG environment would be advantageous.

Sound knowledge of labour legislation and practices.

Experience in employee relations, performance managements and workforce planning.

Strong business partnering, stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
