Job description
HR Intern
BSI Accounting and Training Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain valuable practical experience in Human Resources.
Location: Cape Town
Position: HR Intern
Duration: 18 Months
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
- Maintain and update employee records
- Assist with onboarding and HR administration
- Assist with attendance and leave administration
- Support general HR activities and employee queries
- Assist with maintaining employee files and documentation
Requirements
- HR-related qualification (N4–N6, Diploma or Degree)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn and gain practical experience
- Ability to work well in a team
Funding Requirement
Please note that candidates must have their own funding or sponsorship for the internship. Applicants may be required to provide proof of funding or a letter confirming their funding arrangements.
