About the internship:

Are you passionate about people, eager to learn, and looking for an opportunity to gain real-world Human Resources experience? CTP Cartons & Labels is offering an exciting 18-month internship for an enthusiastic HR graduate who requires workplace experience to complete their HR Management qualification.

This internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to all key areas of Human Resources, allowing you to develop practical skills, build confidence, and gain valuable industry experience within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work
• Is well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Is comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
• Maintains focus and a positive attitude when completing routine or repetitive tasks
• Is eager to grow, develop, and contribute to the success of the HR team
