Job description

Job purpose: Responsible for delivering an effective, efficient, and integrated HR function that supports employees, management, and external stakeholders. This role ensures the implementation of best-practice HR processes in line with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:* Timely and accurate recruitment processes in compliance with company policy and legislation.
- Accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.
- Effective handling of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
- Contribution to HR strategy and delivery of HR projects within agreed timeframes.
- Compliance with Employment Equity and diversity reporting obligations.
Competency and qualification requirements:* Grade 12
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management
- Postgraduate diploma /Honours degree in Human Resource Management (desirable)
- 3 years’ experience in Labour Relations Matters
- 3 years’ experience in Employment Equity Matters
- 4 years’ experience in HR Administration & HR Reporting
