Job Advert Summary

To provide administrative support and record keeping for Information System office.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
• HR Certificate
• 1-2 years experience in administration, preferably in an HR environment
• Computer literacy (Ms office suite)
• Valid driver's licence with ability to pass RW K53
• Desired Education: National Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, HRM or an equivalent NQF Levels 6 will be an added advantage

Primary Duties

• Provides efficient general administrative support, such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports and arranging meetings.
• Timeously assist employees with HR-related queries and, if necessary, refer more complex queries to the appropriate section in HR.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and administrative in terms of HR- related processes. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR documentation.
• Provides support with the planning and onboarding of new employees.
• Assist in providing information on employee benefits, including medical aid and retirement benefits.
• Ensure that all data is accurately captured on SAP (for engagements, staff movements and terminations) and staff queries are related to the HRIS system are responded to timeously.
• Assist with the capturing of leave on the ESS system is undertaken timeously and ensuring integrity of data is maintained.
• Assist with the capturing of new employees qualifications on Web Answer whilst ensuring integrity of data is maintained.
