Human Resources Business Partner | BPO / Contact Centre
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and drive people strategy, employee relations, and HR excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This role partners closely with Operations and leadership to support performance, engagement, compliance, and talent management across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to implement HR strategy and best practices
- Coach and support HR teams and line management
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and IR matters
- Drive performance management, engagement, and EE initiatives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Support succession planning and talent development
- Oversee HR administration, reporting, and compliance
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- HR Diploma / Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- 2+ years in a people management role
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
- (LRA, EEA, BBBEE, SDA, NQF, BCEA)
- Experience in a BPO / Contact Centre environment (advantageous)
