Human Resources Development Coordinator - Mining

An exciting opportunity exists with our  global mining client  for an experienced  Human Resources Development Coordinator based in  Limpopo . The successful candidate will be responsible for the governance of Mining Technical Training for Mechanized Mining. The development and implementation of policies, standards, and procedures. Oversight of Technical training knowledge and needs analysis role needs between HRD and operations. Key technical specialist working together with trainers and training centres.

Minimum Requirements:

• NQF 5 or Higher Diploma in HRD or equivalent.
• Technical Qualifications: Mine Overseer certificate.
• Assessor/Moderator/Lead Auditor Certificate will be advantageous.
• 5 years HRD experience, of which two years in a specialist Mechanized Mining HRD Role/middle management level. Experience in Project Management will be advantageous.
• Managing internal disciplinary proceedings.
• Managing union relationships.
• Computer Literacy proficiency with strong LMS administration skills.
