Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, or related HR qualification
• Sound understanding of South African Labour Legislation, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Skills Development Act (SDA), and related HR legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative and organisational ability
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
