Job description

Provide general administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department.

Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.

Coordinate, track and follow up on recruitment packs and HR documentation submitted by hospitals to Head Office, ensuring completeness and timely authorisation.

Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and filing systems.

Assist with employee relations and payroll administration as required.

Support HR projects, initiatives and general departmental activities.

Ensure confidentiality and accurate handling of employee information.

Perform ad hoc HR administrative duties as required.

Grade 12
-
National Diploma or proof of completion of an N6 Qualification in Human Resources Management

Basic knowledge and understanding of HR principles and practices

Good computer skills and willingness to learn HR-related systems

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organisational and administrative skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively within a team

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
