Job title: HR Manager (Remote | US Company)
Employment Type: Full-time (US Remote)
Salary: DOE
Hours: 3pm-11pm CAT
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing remote team. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting managers across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Oversee employee relations and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with US employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
* Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
* Support compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
* Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems.
* Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee development, and organizational initiatives.
* Drive employee engagement and foster a positive remote work culture.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience.
* Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience working in a remote environment.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification is an advantage.
