Job description
A well-established company based in the Tzaneen/Letsitele area is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR functions, policies & procedures
- Handle disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, IR and CCMA matters
- Ensure labour law & SIZA compliance
- Assist with payroll administration
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Monitor HR metrics and maintain accurate HR records
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Human Resources Management role
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR practices
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience with SIZA compliance and payroll administration
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
