Human Resources Officer

A Human Resources general practitioner is required by Elmo's Furniture situated in Humansdorp Eastern Cape which is 24 kilometers from St Francis Bay as well As Jeffrey's Bay.

Working hours are +- 4 Hours per day 3 mornings per week. However this is flexible depending on work to be carried out.

Knowledge of Labour Relations is required.

Knowledge of the Labour Relations Act as well as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act is required and other related acts is necessary.

A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources would be an advantage. However experience will count.

Strong administration skills is required.

Knowledge of the functioning of Bargaining Councils will be an added advantage.

A strong Personality would be an advantage.

The ability to gain the trust of management as well as employees is critical to the success of the position.

Employment Equity and Training is the responsibility of H.R., as well as involvement in Safety meetings.

Recruitment for all vacancies is the responsibility of H.R. in conjunction with Management.

This position would suite a retired Human Resources Practitioner as the hours are flexible.

Pay: R7 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human resources management: 5 years (Required)
