Human Resource officer- Nelspruit
Roos Foods KFC Franchisee has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource officer based at Nelspruit .

The HR Officer’s role will support Nelspruit 20+ KFC restaurants with Recruitment, employee lifecycle, payroll, labour compliance, IR, disciplinary matters, grievances and CCMA. Consistently advise and give guidance to Restaurant and Area Managers in on various human resources and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and co-ordinate the recruitment process within area of responsibility
• Monitor the employee life cycle by conducting – Probation interviews with selected candidates.
• Manage, drive and coordinator recruitment pools with Area managers
• Training Store management on recruitment processes.
• Manage succession plans and ensure customized development plan is in place.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes
• Compile, validate and submit payroll inputs
• Monitor and execute HR Processes, Compliance and Performance Management, Internal Survey engagement, Employment Equity compliance, OHS compliance, COIDA, IOD)
• Ensure that company,s procedures and processes are adhered to
• Staying up to date with all the latest changes to BCEA, EEA, SDA, OHS Act and gazette compliance.
• Act as Specialist on Industrial Relations by providing clear and structured guidance on all disciplinary cases, for Area Coaches, Restaurant general Managers.
• Training store management on IR processes
• Maintain a proper IR record keeping.
• Facilitate Grievance meetings and investigations
• Assist with compiling evidence for all CCMA matters within area – to the IR consultant.
• Attend to Conciliations at CCMA.
• Responsible to process and successfully close all desertion within area.

Key Requirements

· 3-5 years’ experience HR Consulting experience

· 3-5 years’ HR generalist experience

· 1-3 years’ SAGE experience

Minimum required qualifications

· Matric

· Post Grade 12 qualification i.e. Certificate, Diploma or Degree related to Human Resources Management

· Driver's licence
