We are looking for an organised, energetic and people-focused HR & Recruitment Coordinator who is passionate about finding great talent, supporting our people, and helping build high-performing teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, interviewing candidates, coordinating onboarding, supporting HR administration, and helping employees develop through structured training.
Our hiring process is intentionally demanding. You will complete assessments and interviews designed to test how you think, organise your work, communicate, and take ownership.

The Role's Mission
The HR & Recruitment Coordinator will help Mobelli attract, recruit and retain exceptional people. You will manage the recruitment process from advertising vacancies through to onboarding, support day-to-day HR administration, and coordinate training initiatives that help our teams perform at their best.
Success in this role means hiring the right people, creating a professional candidate experience, supporting our employees, and helping build a culture where people can thrive.
