iClick Westgate Mall :: Part-time Production Specialist

We are looking for someone who is FAST, SMART & FRIENDLY to join our iClick Store in Westgate Mall. We are famous for Print, Design, Internet and Tech, and seeking for someone for who is passionate about computers.

The successful applicant must have:
- Above average computer knowledge;
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe software and all software that are being used in the Business Centre;
- High level of attention to detail;
- The ability to spell correctly;
- An awareness of the retail environment.
- Be able to work shifts, we do not offer transport home, so the ability to get yourself home is crucial.

Advantageous requirements include:
- Working with Design applications including Illustrator, Publisher, Canva, etc;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Google Applications and technical ability is essential;
- Knowledge of computer maintenance and software installation is advantageous;

The Duties of the Production Specialist will include but is not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer experiences;
- Provide services such as document solutions, administrative tasks, design solutions and all other operations provided by iClick Business Centre;
- Diligently follow the Processes and Governances of iClick Business Centre;
- Write and understand a Print, Design & Technical brief;
- Assist customers when they have questions using the computer;
- Study and understand the pricing in order to provide quotes to clients;
- Live the Company values: Humble, Empathy, Agility, Remakle, Transparent
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Business;
- Dealing directly with customers;
- Be courteous and poise as customers can be demanding and impatient at the best of times;

This is a Part-Time role, working predominantly on weekends and evenings in the week. Transport is not provided.
