iClick Westgate Mall :: Print & Design Production Specialist

Production Specialist – iClick Store, Westgate Mall

We're looking for an experienced Print and Design professional to join our iClick Store in Westgate Mall. We're known for on-demand print production and design creation, and we need someone who already knows their way around a print environment — this is not an entry-level role.

This role requires proven, hands-on experience. We are not able to consider candidates without prior print/design industry experience.

The successful applicant must have:

• Solid experience working in a Printing environment — non-negotiable;
• Above average computer knowledge;
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe software, CANVA and other software used in a Business Centre;
• A high level of attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• An awareness of the retail environment;
• The ability to work shifts — we do not offer transport home, so you must be able to get yourself home.

Advantageous:

• Experience in working in a Digital Printing environment;
• Understanding design for print and digital;
• Tertiary training and courses beneficial to a print production role.

Duties of the Production Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer experiences;
• Delivering print prouction solutions, administrative tasks, design solutions, and other services offered by iClick Business Centre;
• Diligently following the processes and governance of iClick Business Centre;
• Writing and understanding a Print, Design & Technical brief;
• Assisting customers with computer-related enquiries;
• Understanding pricing structures in order to provide accurate quotes to clients;
• Living the company values: Humble, Empathy, Agility, Remarkable, Transparent;
• Maintaining overall store cleanliness and orderliness;
• Dealing directly with customers with courtesy and poise, even when they are demanding or impatient.
