ICU Trained Registered Nurse - Clinical Facilitator

Job Description

 

Nursetec SA seeks, Clinical Facilitator, to perform the following functions:

• Facilitate induction and orientation for new staff and ensure all compliance records are completed.
• Identify training needs, coordinate training activities, and maintain accurate training documentation.
• Assess clinical competencies, address skill gaps, and ensure adherence to nursing standards and protocols.
• Promote continuous professional development, including CPD points and BLS/CPR compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and conduct on‑site quality and compliance checks.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, sanctions, and client communication within required timelines.
• Oversee IOD, needle‑stick, and exposure incident processes and ensure accurate legislative reporting.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

- Relevant Nursing degree or Diploma.

- ICU Trained  

- Relevant experience in Life Health Care Hospitals will be advantageous .

 

Skills:

·      Superior interpersonal Skills.

·      People Management Skills.

·      Ability to take educational charge.

·      Computer literate.

Ability to commute/relocate:

·       Benoni, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

 

Location:

• Benoni, Gauteng
• Applicants must have their own vehicle and valid Driver’s Licence
• Experience in Clinical Facilitation: 1 year (Preferred)
